This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription renewals are handled for Redditer.io ("Redditer", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Redditer offers recurring subscription plans, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until your subscription expires.

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.

Once a monthly subscription has been purchased or renewed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial use of the Service
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Unused subscription time
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service after purchase

Please ensure you cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, Redditer may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent activation of the subscription
  • Refunds required under applicable law

Any approved refund decision is made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You authorize Redditer and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period until your subscription is canceled.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Submitting a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your Redditer account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective upon publication on this page.
