By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Redditer is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps users discover and monitor publicly available Reddit discussions, keywords, and conversations.

Redditer does not collect or access private Reddit user data and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be offered on:

• Monthly billing
• Annual billing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments through our payment processor, Stripe, until your subscription is canceled.

5. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund fees already paid unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

• Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, AI features, and other content, is owned by Redditer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant Redditer a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redditer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be accurate, complete, or free of errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redditer and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Redditer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redditer, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that may harm the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will remain in effect after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redditer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over that location, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
